POSITION SUMMARY
As a vital member of a specific business unit, the Business Analyst is responsible for developing insights from data and translating those insights into initiatives that drive business impact for our businesses. Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to (a) gather and analyze data and generate insights from that data, (b) use those insights as the basis for developing new corporate initiatives, and (c) oversee change initiatives within the organization. The Business Analyst will partner with teams across the organization, leveraging the work of others and extending that work where necessary. It is expected that they will contribute, and in some cases lead their projects. Specific Business Analyst opportunities are currently available in multiple business units across our businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES  >>

As a business analyst, you will collaborate with departments across the organization to develop insights based on data. This will include coordinating with leaders in business units to identify and prioritize areas for analysis, gathering data and developing thoughtful, robust business analyses as well as analyzing issues, developing insights and formulating data-based hypothesis. You will prepare recommendations for financial business cases and presentations for senior management. We are looking for individuals who foster teamwork and work well in a collaborative team environment as well as someone who demonstrates the ability to lead small groups of individuals in support of specific initiatives.
