In fact, the online channel is a key focus area for the company and is growing at an aggressive rate. Here, you'll take projects and initiatives from ideas and concepts to reality. Sears.com and Kmart.com are 2 of the fastest growing websites in the e-commerce space and we are leading the way in developing new, innovative products and services for our customers. We are looking for those who can work closely with our IT team to rapidly develop solutions that provide new functionality and services to our customers on time and within budget.

- Junior Status (in final summer before graduation)
- Major in a computer science related field
- Strong academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Involvement in extracurricular activities

RESPONSIBILITES >>
- Identify innovative ideas/business concepts that can drive SHC growth
- Manage a project to successful implementation by orchestrating internal and external resources
- Collaborate with SHC business units such as Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Experience, Customer Strategy & Insight to identify, incubate and implement breakthrough innovations that will support SHC Direct Commerce Strategic Innovation
- Coordinate with Senior Leaders in Direct Commerce to identify and prioritize areas for analysis
- Gather data and develop thoughtful, robust business analyses
- Analyze issues, develop insights and formulates data based hypothesis
- Prepare recommendations, financial business cases and presentations for senior management
- Foster teamwork and work well in a collaborative team environment
- Perform ad hoc analysis as requested
