POSITION SUMMARY
You'll participate in asset management, research and transactions as well as developing an appreciation for the complicated interrelationships between landlords, developers and internal constituencies. This 12-week assignment is designed to give you a feel for the retail industry and the culture of Sears as well as some hands on practical insight into the world of commercial real estate.

QUALIFICATIONS >>
- Junior status (in final summer before graduation)
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or retail related major
- Strong academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Involvement in extracurricular activities
- Dedication to customer service
- Ability to interface confidently with third parties
- Strong financial/analytical skills
- Goal/results orientation
- Permanent U.S. Resident/ U.S. Citizen
RESPONSIBILITIES >>
- Evaluate terms of Real Estate agreements
- Compare and contrast our position
- Assist in resolution of certain property matters
- Work in mentor relationship with Property Administrators
- Research Real Estate transactions
- Provide guidance and recommendations on Real Estate Transactions
