Support Centers

The Sears Holdings corporate headquarters occupies a 200-acre campus in Hoffman Estates, Ill., some 18 miles west of Chicago's O'Hare International airport. The campus offers natural prairie lands, ponds and waterfalls, walking/jogging paths and athletic fields. The Hoffman Estates Support Center facility offers award-winning food service, coffee shops, childcare, wellness and fitness centers, automotive center, sample store, hair salon, sundry shop, bank, insurance agency, pharmacy, box office, dry cleaner and concierge services. From this location, about 5,000 associates support all Sears Holdings’ businesses, which are situated throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam.
