OVERVIEW

Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) is focused on hiring the best and brightest talent. As part of this effort, SHC launched the Senior Leadership Program (SLP) in 2006. This program is designed to recruit highly talented MBAs from top universities and develop them into corporate assets in senior leadership positions through rapidly accelerated career paths, executive mentorship and structured training and development frameworks. SHC has an SLP Internship Program that serves as a critical pipeline into this full-time program.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

Our internship opportunity is 10-12 weeks in duration. SLP Interns manage transformational projects that have a direct business impact and are one of the strategic initiatives for an SHC Business Unit. Program interns roll up their sleeves and take part in transforming the Business Unit and improving its profitability and processes. SLP Interns must be entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, analytical, business oriented, strong communicators and customer focused.
