At Sears Holdings, we believe in finding the right person for the right job. As part of our selection process, some jobs require the completion of an online assessment. We are also always looking for ways to continually improve our tools. We have identified a new assessment tool we would like to use, and we need your help!
We need people interested in jobs at Sears to answer as many as 30 experimental test questions. Answering these questions will not help or hurt your chances of employment with us - the items are purely experimental.
