The Sears Home Delivery is the nation’s largest provider of delivery services to our customers’ homes and contractor job sites for major-brand appliances, electronics, lawn and garden, game tables, mattresses and box springs, and more. More than 1,200 trucks are on the road daily, delivering an average of 15,000 items each day.

Material Handler (Non-certified) >>
- Accountable for the proper handling of merchandise without the use of motorized lift equipment
- Inventory and inspection
- Development in the career of shipping and receiving
Deluxer >>
- Past experience related to the set-up and assembly of merchandise is a plus. Deluxers install refrigerator ice makers, reverse appliance doors, assemble lawn tractors and accessories, etc.
- Great opportunity to gain experience to move on to a position in Product Repair Services and/or Certified Material Handler
Material Handler (Certified) >>
- The next level in a career in shipping and receiving
- Includes the use of power lift equipment (forklift- and clamp-truck certified)
Operations Manager (Certified) >>
- Actively supports the Home Delivery Operation and all of its functions required within the warehouse environment
- Responsible for receiving and shipping operations
- Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling hourly workforce
MDO Manager (Warehouse and Market) Delivery Manager >>
- Develops and maintains a highly motivated delivery team focused on quality, timely service to our customers with the goal of exceeding their expectations
- Team-building skills
- Communication skills (including communicating with executive level)
- Quality control and inventory control

Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have an excellent attendance record at your previous position
- Must be willing to learn and change as needed
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
