Systems Developer >>
Develops production-ready applications, performs system flow and limited-scope analyses. A Systems Developer designs, codes, tests, debugs, implements, maintains and documents programs using various programming languages and various operating systems with minimal supervision to comply with corporate standards.
Lead Developer / Team Leader / Technical Specialist >>
The Lead Developer will educate and mentor other associates in complex technical development solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working on agile teams developing software in a collaborative and iterative manner.
The Team Lead will assist in managing the design, development and implementation of computer software and/or hardware projects with defined scope and deliverables and will lead small technical teams to accomplish information systems projects according to SHC standards.
The Technical Specialist provides highly-specialized business or technical knowledge to development work teams or other personnel and assists work teams with troubleshooting and developing efficiently-performing applications or business solutions.
Team Manager / Systems Architect / Systems Manager >>
The Team Manager manages the design, development and implementation of computer software and/or hardware projects with defined scope and deliverables and leads technical teams to accomplish projects according to standards.
The Systems Architect conducts and analyzes complex business problems, strategic application direction, hardware design, client and server operating systems, network design, local area networking, wide area networking, messaging, Internet, data management and replication, and server and client administration.
The Systems Manager establishes and supports the strategic business direction of information systems and leads people to accomplish complex, large-scale, high-risk technical systems projects.
