Who We Are

Our primary role is to ensure that merchandise is allocated to the right place, in the right quantities, at the right price and at the right time. We partner closely with our Merchandising teams to drive positive results for our customers and our shareholders. We are responsible for billions of dollars worth of goods and key financial metrics like, merchandise in stocks, turnover, and gross margin return on investments (GMROI).

All Inventory Management new hires participate in the Associate Development Program (ADP). The ADP is a comprehensive 4-week training program designed to provide both formal and informal learning opportunities necessary to prepare new analysts and managers for their positions in their department. Structured learning opportunities and a Buddy Program enhance the on-boarding process. This 4 week training program includes technical system training, time in the business, structured store and distribution center visits, class project, weekly debriefs, introductions to system and process support teams and corporate value discussions with Senior Management.

Inventory Analyst / Senior Inventory Analyst  >>

As an analyst, you are responsible for order creation, purchase order tracking, long term receipt tracking, forecasting, vendor projections, assortment analysis, critical customer communication and miscellaneous projects / reporting that create solutions for the customer and deliver the set financial plan.

Inventory Manager / Director  >>

As a manager of others, you will lead and manage teams as well as collaborate with Merchandisers on key deliverables such as purchase quantity analysis and negotiations, strategic deployment of advertising assets and selling strategies and transition timing and product launches.
