We are a multidimensional organization consisting of Distribution Operations, Logistics Support, Engineering Services, Reverse Flow, Domestic and International Transportation. Logistics is responsible for the physical flow of all apparel, appliances, hardware, consumables, household goods, automotive and general merchandise to Sears and Kmart stores of all formats. We embrace innovation as a way to drive efficiency, productivity, performance and growth. With over 10,000 associates across the United States, we ensure that there is sufficient capability, capacity, and processes to support the current and future Sears Holdings business requirements.

- 11 Direct Delivery Centers (DDCs) which support the Home Delivery division of the business.
- 7 Sears Retail Replenishment Centers (RRCs) and 11 Kmart Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs). These channels support primarily hard lines businesses at Sears and Kmart.
- 4 Regional Specialty Centers (RSCs) which primarily support the apparel businesses. There are various other Specialty Centers which support specific businesses.
