Smaller items for repair can be brought into Sears Parts &anp; Repair Centers located throughout the United States or to any Sears Full-line Store.

With 16 U.S. facilities and millions of phone, chat, and email customer contacts each year, call center team members serve as the voice of Sears, source for solutions, and provider of valued products and services.
Sears Home Improvement Products is America's turnkey solution for customers seeking to remodel or improve one of their largest investments at their home. The Home Improvement business provides solutions to customers for their home needs in nine major categories including: Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, Cabinet Refacing, Roof Replacement, Floor Replacement, Entry Doors, Garage Doors, Vinyl Siding, Energy Efficient Windows and Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Replacement & Repair. The Home Improvement business has over 2,500 employees and 2,500 sub-contractor relationships with 54 district sales offices nationally.
