Committee Information

Social & Community Outreach Committee
Responsible for developing ideas that will enable Sears Holdings to be more relevant to the African American community. By implementing plans that will enable us to participate in community service, external professional organizations and networking with other corporate networks.

Career Development & Business Issues Committee
It is the goal of this committee to share the Sears Holdings story with people we think would help our company realize our mission by highlighting the available career paths throughout our organization. We understand that not only do we need to get the right people on the "bus, but we need to ensure their in the right seats".

Strategic Leadership Team
Evaluate ideas and recommendations for feasibility and overall contribution toward the AAN’s mission and vision by implementing innovative systems of analysis. This process ensures that the AAN remains an integral part of SHC’s progression.
