About Us
The Green Network was started in the Fall of 2008 by a group of associates passionate about helping Sears Holdings drive its green initiatives both at a local and national level. The Green Network has also partnered with our Corporate Sustainability team to help provide innovative ideas and solutions.

Our Mission
To increase awareness through education of the growing concerns tied to sustainability issues, create a sense of responsibility to all associates and develop solutions to bring about change while driving improved positive customer perceptions of Sears Holdings and its employees.
