Sears Holdings' serveyourway initiative is an associate driven, company - enabled volunteer program that is designed to help associates get involved in their local community. Any nonprofit, tax - exempt organization with a civic, social, health or educational mission is welcome to join via VolunteerMatch.org, a network of community service organizations and volunteers. By posting your community organization's volunteer opportunities online, our associates can search in their local community to learn how to volunteer there.
