Sears, Roebuck and Co. (NYSE: S) will webcast its Annual Meeting of Shareholders live over the Internet at sears.com on Thursday, May 8, beginning at 10 a.m. CDT.

The webcast will be accessible through Sears' Web site, www.sears.com . To access the webcast from the sears.com home page, click on "About Sears."
