Dorothy Hundley of Versailles, Kentucky was the national winner of a $10,000 prize in Kmart's new Super Service Sweepstakes program for the month of April. Hundley was selected a winner after calling a new 800 customer service line and telling Kmart what she thought about her shopping experience at the store as part of Kmart's Super Service Sweepstakes. Hundley will receive her check for $10,000 on Tuesday, June 19 at 11 a.m. at the Versailles, Kentucky Kmart stores.

The Super Service 800 number is randomly printed on cash register receipts. If customers call the number within three days of the date on the receipt and participate in a brief survey about their shopping experience, they are automatically entered into that month's sweepstakes. One winner is selected for the $10,000 prize each month. Kmart implemented The Super Service Sweepstakes program to better measure customer service in its stores in October.
