Kmart Names Juli Musch to Investor Relations Post

Kmart Corporation (NYSE: KM) today announced the appointment of Juli Musch to the position of Divisional Vice President of Investor Relations reporting to Kmart Vice President and Treasurer John T. McDonald, Jr., effective immediately. Musch will assume the responsibilities held by Bob Burton who left the company earlier this year.

"Juli's broad financial experience at Kmart will be key in continuing our development of a strong and proactive investor relations program," said McDonald.

Musch, who joined Kmart in 1996, previously served as Divisional Vice President, Corporate Finance; Divisional Vice President, Advertising and Marketing Finance; Director, Treasury Planning; and Manager, Treasury Planning. Prior to joining Kmart, Musch held financial analytical and treasury management positions with Federal-Mogul Corporation, Henry Ford Health System and Woodbury C.P.A.

A graduate of Michigan Technological University, Musch also holds an MBA from Wayne State University.
