Lands' End Tops National Retail Federation Foundation's Customer Service Survey for Fifth Consecutive Year

    DODGEVILLE, Wis., Jan. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Retail
Federation Foundation announced today the results of their fifth annual
customer service survey. For the fifth year in a row, Lands' End was named
as one of the top ten retailers for outstanding customer service spanning
all retail channels.

consumer attitudes toward retailers' customer service. The survey polled
9,291 consumers and has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.0 percent.
Consumers answered the open ended question, "Thinking of all the different
retail formats (store, catalog, internet or home shopping), which retailer
delivers the best customer service?"
