Sears Auto Centers Add To Fleet Service And Management Agreements
Addition Of Wright Express Universal Card Holders Grows Fleet Customer Base To Nearly 9 Million
Sears, Roebuck and Co. (NYSE: S) has reached an agreement with Wright Express LLC that will give more than 500,000 Wright Express Universal Card customers access to maintenance and repair services at 830 Sears Auto Centers nationwide.

"This national partnership agreement with Wright Express gives Wright Express Universal Card holders a new option for their maintenance and repair needs."
Sears Auto Centers has national acceptance agreements with a number of fleet service and management companies, including ARI, Donlen, Enterprise Fleet Services, GE Fleet Services, LeasePlan, Voyager Fleet Systems and Wheels, Inc. These agreements encompass nearly 9 million vehicles ranging from passenger automobiles to light trucks and vans.
Sears Auto Centers serve more than 11 million customers each year, providing a wide range of automotive merchandise and services, including brakes, batteries, tires, shocks and struts. Sears has been involved in the transportation service business for more than a century and opened its first service centers in the 1930s. Sears' best-selling DieHard battery was introduced in 1967.
