We have been part of our nation’s homes and families for more than a century. Today, we continue being part of American families by helping them dream of possibilities at home. Sears’ parent company, Sears Holdings, is contributing to building stronger families and communities in many different ways:

1. Volunteerism: Our associates work at the grassroots level to strengthen every aspect of community. Whether its coordinating fundraisers for charitable causes or installing appliances, painting, or outfitting homes for energy efficiency, these committed experts are changing the lives of families, neighborhoods and communities.
    
2. Merchandise donations: To help outfit and maintain homes and families nationwide.
    
3. Charitable partnerships: By contributing to not-for-profit organizations whose efforts align with the mission of Sears Holdings, we have an impact on the greatest number of families. Our not-for-profit partners have the expertise needed to assess and respond to local community needs.

Charitable partners include:

Sears Holdings limits its community outreach activities to tax-exempt charitable organizations that support its mission. Sears Holdings has selected its charitable partners for this year and does not accept or respond to new applications for contributions of funding, merchandise or volunteer services. While we know there are many deserving organizations, we are unable to honor all or even a majority of the thousands of requests we receive each year.
